The lower level has a game room with foosball, leather furniture, wet bar, mini refrigerator, microwave and electronics. There is a queen bedroom, full hall bath and laundry. The mid level offers a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two bunks, a king master bedroom with whirlpool tub and a full hall bath. The hot tub is on the mid level deck. The top level features a king master with whirlpool tub, the living area with gas fireplace, wine cooler and electronics, a half bath and a ships watch with beautiful views of the sound and Currituck Lighthouse. There is also a screened porch on the top level. Other amenities include high speed internet, high chair, pac n play, XBox game console and games, enhanced board game, Hatteras Hammocks porch swing, video and book selection, surround sound, gas grill, stereo and video games. The Community amenities include 2 pools, tennis courts, playground and club house. House is across the street from soundside pool, rec center, tennis courts, basketball. Fitness facility available for small fee! The Village of Ocean Hill has Parking available at two beach access points, including an oceanfront pool/clubhouse, snack bar and beach chairs/umbrellas available for rental! Enjoy the nearby nature trail and soundside lake! Improvements for 2010 are: newly painted interior, new barstools, additional pool and deck furniture and new kitchen supplies! Your pet dog is welcome. The 15x30 pool may be heated for a fee of $500 per week 4/15-6/1/10 & 9/1-10/3/10. Twelve hundred feet to beach access.
Bed Linens provided between 6/19/2010 to 8/8/2010 with a full week rental (Discounted weeks excluded).
