There is a den with electronics, a half bath and the laundry room. The hot tub is on the mid level deck. The top level features a king master bedroom with balcony, kitchen with stainless appliances, dining area and the main living area with electronics, gas fireplace and great ocean views. Amenities include a private pool, hot tub, high speed internet, high chair, pac n play, gas grill, basketball, horse shoes, sun decks, covered decks and a widows walk. The 15x35 pool may be heated for a weekly fee of $500.
