Oceanside: (K,3Q,2B,P) NEW LISTING FOR 2010! This OBX home is only 500 feet to the beach access with views of both the ocean and the sound, especially from the widow's walk. Pull into the carport and check out the outside hot water shower, the 16 x 32 pool and the 6 person hot tub. The kids and the "young at heart" can immediately access the game room on the lower level with a foosball and air hockey table, wet bar, fridge, microwave, TV and stereo. There is also a full hall bath that connects to a queen bedroom (can be a 4th Master). On the mid level you'll find 2 queen masters with deck access and a bedroom with a pyramid bed(full,single and single roll out) with a full bath that connects to a bedroom with 2 bunks. The washer and dryer are also on this level. The 3rd level features a bright and open floor plan with 1/2 bath,living room,Gas FP,dining area and kitchen. There are deck accesses on 3 sides including a screened porch overlooking the pool area. You can relax and enjoy dinner at the 10 seat dining table, at the 6 person counter area or at the table on the screened porch. A King master with private deck is also on this level. For those who must check into the office while on vacation, use the computer or bring your own laptop and plug into the High speed cable internet and Wi-Fi. Printer/fax/copier (guests must provide paper and ink cartridge...HP 901). Computer and printer are available but not included...if something goes wrong they will not be replaced or repaired. HBO and CINEMAX and FREE LONG DISTANCE! You can even bring your dog (1) but no cats, please. The pool may be heated for a $500 weekly fee May 1-Jun 5 & Sept 4-Oct. 9.
